Hello nerds! The fact that you showed up here and chose to read my blog is something that I will never fathom but will always cherish. 

 

My name is Reem. I am a writer, a reader, an artist and now a bookblogger. 

Reading like for so many other booknerds out there, has always been my ticket out of this world. I love to indulge in other wordly matters and conflicts and stories and I love meeting unbelievable three dimentional characters that have taught me so much. 

 

I never thought I would open up a blog of my own because to be honest, I didnt think I had anything interesting to post. I posted several reviews on Goodreads and on my Instagram account (@reemo.books) don't get me wrong, but opening up a blog just seemed like a bigger step in which I wasn't ready for. 

 

But then a good friend of my mine suggested, upon reading the reviews I posted on Instagram, that I open up a blog. At first I didn't want to really. Then she insisted again and I'd gotten a little excited and curious as to what it would be like. So I checked out existing blogs on Wordpress and I really liked what I saw.

 

I asked myself this: why should I care about writing the best reviews and the best book recommendations? Why can't I just gush about books because I want to? Because I love to? and ... that's what sold the idea to me, really. 

 

So it happened. I went online, created my own blog and here I am. A blogger. Officially. And I am way beyond excited! This blog will be filled with words that will hopefully inspire you to read and/or to write your own blog, short stories, or even a novel. If not, then it'll just be another platform for you guys to completely fangirl with me because there's nothing better than fangirling :P
